With the build up to Christmas and the holidays in full swing, we've picked out some of our favourite wintry Family Maths Toolkit activities to share with you.
Each week we'll be adding another activity to this page so be sure to grab them to use with your kids. And don't forget that adults can also have some festive fun with our December Prize Draw on the National Numeracy Challenge.
Week 1 - Make a Snowflake
This is a great activity to try at the start of December so that your children can make decorations for the festive season. As well as being lovely to look at, and fun to do, this activity can be a secret lesson in symmetry and fractions.
